My name is Joshua Gough. I live in Atlanta, GA. I was born in Poughkeepsie, in southern NY state, in southern Dutchess county in Vassar Brothers Hospital south of Routes 44 and 55. So, I'm about as southern as a yankee can get! Before I came to Atlanta, I lived in Portland, OR. My mom, stepfather and brother moved back there in 2007 after seven years in Colorado.

Profession

Currently I work for GB Holdings, Inc. In the past I have worked for Abel Solutions, Inc, The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and Georgia State University. I have a degree in Computer Information Systems from GSU and hold the Microsoft Certified Professional and Microsoft Certified Application Developer for .NET certifications. I'm currently working on the MCPD Web Developer and also want to get the Enterprise Applications certification.

Interests

I have a lot of interests that I never seem to have enough time for doing as much of as I want. I'm listing them all here so I get motivated to organize myself better and figure out how to do that.

Traveling to visit friends and family

Independent consulting (I've done some of this for DotNetNuke and .NET in that past, but want to do more)
Spending time outdoors hiking
Going to Atlanta Braves games
Geocaching

Finding new beers to try
